In short I work to help Leading Corporations solve complex business problems by connecting them with the best IT Talent around. I live in Winston-Salem North Carolina with my amazing wife who just finished school at Wake Forest to be a Nurse Anesthetist. Yes, I am very Proud of her! I manage a growing office team here in the TRIAD with our physical office located in the Winston-Tower in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. I have a great passion for IT Recruiting and making sure that all who interact with my team and I leave with a great experience. I have been with ettain group for over 7 years, which is rare if you know anything about Agency Recruiting and Consulting Firms! ettain group www.ettaingroup.com is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and we work with many companies throughout the Southeast not only to find Excellent IT talent but also to manage full life-cycle Technology Development Projects around Microsoft Technologies (SharePoint / .NET ) as well as Mobile Application Development.
My goal for this site is to provide a place for you and I to get to know each other better and share “Stories” from around the IT Recruiting World. This also can be a place for anyone that is job searching to take an interesting looks at IT Recruiting as well as (Tips, Tricks and Helpful Hints) that are my opinions only… That is my disclaimer. I will also be posting open Job Opportunities for areas such as Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Burlington and High Point NC.
Ok…A bit more information that you may, or may not, want to know… My wife and I graduated from The University of Georgia where we met and we both have a passion for our DAWGS and SEC Football. Aviation is another love of mine and I do always seem to have my head in the clouds so to speak. On any given Saturday or Sunday you will find me doing one of these things to follow: Skeet-Shooting, Mountain Biking, or Playing Golf. I worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Georgia Football Team in my past life before “Recruiting Found Me”.
